Where are the classes held?
Classes take place in Dallas, Houston, or Oklahoma City at a Marriott Hotel in the Conference Room. See homepage for Location addresses. If the exact hotel address is not listed when you book your class- don't worry. An email will be sent to you within a few days of booking, giving you all the details.
How long are the classes?
Classic and Volume (2-day class) are from 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. each day. For lash lift/perm class, it takes place starting at 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. right after the Classic class on Day 1.
Do I need a cosmetology or Esthetician's License to take a course?
No. You do not need any beauty license to take the class. Many students take the course before they plan to get their beauty license. To work in a salon, you will be required to have a license.
Will I get a certificate the same-day that I finish my class?
Yes - If you have paid in full prior to class.
No - If you are on the payment plan, your certificate will be mailed to you after the payments are complete.
Are Payment Plans Available?
Yes, Click on the "Purchase with Partial.ly" at checkout to view payment plans. ($50 fee for setup)
Do I need a live model to practice on?
Yes. It is very beneficial to your training to have someone- a friend, family member, or anyone- in order to get real hands-on experience and education.
When do I get my Kit that I selected with my course?
Kits will be given to you when you come to class. If you sign up for a course one week or less before the course dates, your kit may not come in on time for the class. Don't worry- you will have access to borrow products in order to complete the course successfully, and your kit will be shipped to you after class.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. You may request to move dates for no additional cost. Must provide a 7 day notice. If 7 day notice is not provided, there is a $125 charge to switch dates.
What changes have been made due to Covid-19?
Due to COVID-19, we are taking the following steps to ensure safety of all our students:
-6ft social distancing between each seat
-Face masks required
-Minimized class sizes to follow recommended guidelines
-Live models may be replaced with doll heads. Doll heads provided if needed
-Hand sanitizer provided at each station
-Each station, including massage beds, sanitized between each use
