FAQ

Where are the classes held?
Classes take place at a Marriott Hotel in the Conference Room. See homepage for Location addresses.
 
How long are the classes?
Classic and Volume (2-day class) are from 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. each day. For lash lift/perm class, it takes place starting at 6:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. right after the Classic class on Day 1.
 
When do I get my Kit that's included with my course?
Kits will be given to you when you come to class. If you sign up for a course one week or less before the course dates, your kit may not come in on time for the class. Don't worry- you will have access to borrow products in order to complete the course successfully, and your kit will be shipped to you after class.
Do I need a Beauty License to take a course?
You do not need a beauty license before you take the class. Some students take the course while still in beauty school, or before they enroll in school and get their beauty license. However, keep in mind you will be required to have a license to perform eyelash extensions for compensation in most states. Are these courses eligible for CE credits?
At this time, courses are not eligible for state board CE hours for your license.
 
Will I get a certificate the same-day that I finish my class?
Yes - If you have paid in full by the date of class.
No- If you are on the payment plan, your certificate will be shipped to you once all payments are completed. 
 
What are my payment options?
OPTION 1: Pay in full at checkout.
OPTION 2: Put down $350 Deposit & pay remaining balance over 6 months with Payment Plan. Click the blue button in your cart that says “Payment Plan with Partial.Ly” To set it up. 
Do I need a live model to practice on?
Yes. It is very beneficial to your training to have someone- a friend, family member, or anyone- in order to get real hands-on experience and education.
 
What support is available to me after taking a course?
I am always available to students via messenger, email or text- after taking a course to offer feedback on their work and help them grow as lash artists. However, post-training mentorship sessions are now available! These sessions are ideal for the student who is ready to completely transform their business and take the necessary steps to achieve their goals. I am here to act as your coach- helping you to reframe your mind and keep you accountable in taking decisive action towards your dreams! Click here to book a session!

 
What is your refund policy?

Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. If paid in full, you may get a full refund except for the current deposit value ($350). Must provide 7-day notice of cancellation prior to class date. 

Can I Switch Class Dates after booking?

Switching Dates Policy: You may request to switch to a different class date with a 7-day notice for no additional cost. If less than a 7-day notice is provided, there is a $250 charge to switch dates

What changes have been made due to Covid-19?

Due to COVID-19, we are taking the following steps to ensure safety of all our students:

-Social distancing between each seat
-Face masks required
-Minimized class sizes to follow recommended guidelines
-Live models may be replaced with doll heads.
-Hand sanitizer provided at each station
-Each station, including massage beds, sanitized between each use
